Partner at Honigman LLP, Law Practice Detroit

A regulatory attorney and partner at Honigman LLP, Brandy counsels financial institutions, particularly credit unions, on consumer financial services laws, regulations, guidance, and public policies. Her practice includes advice on the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act, Fair Lending, Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, National Credit Union Act regulations, and the Bank Secrecy Act. Before joining Honigman, Brandy was VP of Regulatory Compliance & Senior Counsel for the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU), where she oversaw the association’s regulatory compliance team assisting credit unions with various compliance issues.
